Thank you for your interest in renting space #1111 at Outdoor Resorts, Palm Springs, California.

The 200X rental fee is $1XXX.00 per month, plus electricity.  Payment for the electric bill is required the last day of each month and two days prior to check out based on the billed usage from the day of check-in.  A written bill will be provided including the addition of unbilled dates based on the average daily usage.

The reservation herein for this lot requires full payment of  the first month at signing of the agreement, last month 60 days prior to occupancy.  Rent for additional months is due 30 days in advance. An 80% refund will be honored if notification cancelation is received by mail or  e-mail sixty days prior to above arrival date.  

Please sign and return this form with your check.  By your signature you are agreeing to hold Leslie and Ray Kush and The BoatWorks Ltd harmless of any liability or injury or accident that occurs in and/or around space #1111.  You also agree to be financially responsible for any damages to the lot and the structures therein during your rental period.  This form must be signed by you and sent to us either by mail or fax.  A faxed copy of this agreement will be deemed an original document.
